A Florida native of African American, Cherokee, Creek and Navajo heritage, Rahne was born with an intrinsic awareness of the divine aspects of music. She inherited her vocal gifts from her father who was a highly celebrated vocalist with the U.S. Air Force Band throughout Southeast Asia. She also credits him as her first musical inspiration.
Her musical abilities landed her an opportunity to co-write with Grammy nominated and Juno Award winner, Eddie Bullen. The release of her first CD with acid jazz band Achanti lead to performances at the NXNE Music Festival and the JVC Acid Jazz Festival in Toronto.
Rahne was recently selected to perform during New York Fashion Week as a guest artist in the NY Fashion Music Conference.
