Rebekah Piatt is “just a small-town girl” living in a great big world. Born and raised on a farm in rural Ohio, she started playing piano when she was six, but according to her parents, she started singing as soon as she could make sounds and never shut up. She attended school for music, earning her BA in Vocal Music and Piano and taught private music lessons for over a decade before rediscovering her love for performing on stage. She now balances being a private music teacher, a music therapist, and a performer as well as her time at home with 3 cats, 1 doggo (all named after Beatles songs) and her sizable collection of uncommon houseplants.
When on a dueling piano gig, what she loves most is collaborating with her player partner to connect with audiences and create unforgettable memories for guests through celebratory songs or full-blown audience singalongs. She enjoys that no two shows are ever the same and flexing her comedy muscles because she lives for the sound of people laughing. Rebekah loves singing all genres of music, but most of all classic rock and pop from the 70s-90s. However, she’s been known to burst into Italian Opera when it’s demanded from an audience!
