Scott Orchard has been performing at sea aboard the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. He loves entertaining those audiences with a repertoire of more than 300 songs that includes all genres from the 1950s to today’s biggest hits. His act features costume changes, distributing percussion instruments to his audiences and encouraging all to sing along. He brings a youthful exuberance, a joy of music and a love of entertaining to every performance.
Scott was born in Los Angeles, near Hollywood, California. His father was a L.A. broadcast radio engineer and raised Scott listening to a steady diet of pop, rock and Soul 45’s that he brought home from the hit music station where he worked. At the behest of his mom, Scott began classical piano training.
As a young teenager, Scott began fronting rock bands at parties on Hollywood’s famous Sunset Strip in 1977, at the same time working in radio as an on air host and program director for various music format stations in the Southern California area.
