Jake Key was born in Sweden in 1987. He has worked as a piano bar entertainer, showband pianist, composer & music producer, and has been a part of different rock bands and jazz big bands in Sweden, Philippines and Spain. He started to work internationally in 2006 performing at the antique Olde Railway Hotel in Westport, Ireland.
He was hired by Carnival Cruise Line at 19 years of age to work on the then newly launched ship Carnival Liberty. Soon after his initial contract with Carnival, he moved on to Princess Cruises to perform in one of their lounges. Jake has work experience in many different countries, including UAE, Bahrain, China, Philippines and USA. He has composed and recorded albums with various bands and projects.
Jake is trained in both classical and jazz piano, and studied at Music & Production School in Skara, Sweden.
