At the young age of 5, Yoel Hyman began to pick out songs on the piano. He hasn't stopped ever since. Doing gigs before he could drive, he played many shows before the age of 16. He finished first in the New Jersey All State jazz piano competition while in high school. He studied jazz piano at Manhattan School of Music with world-renowned jazz pianists Harold Danko and Gary Dial.
Through his tasteful use of vivacious licks and extreme knowledge of music, Yoel is a true piano voice for the 21st century. He is currently the music director for South Florida’s Heatwave Band. His first CD Ready Steady Go was released in 2007 to rave reviews. Yoel lives in Boca Raton, Florida and has been a solo and dueling piano bar performer since 2002. He has performed at such notable venues as Howl at the Moon, Howl at Sea, and Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar. He has performed on the corporate circuit for 30 years and has played all over the USA, Europe and the Caribbean.
