Vocalist Leona Mazurka and pianist Arthur Karimov are the Arlee Duo. Hailing from the Ukraine and Russia, respectively, they now make their home in China -- where they perform in outlets at major international hotel chains, including Hilton, Ritz-Carlton, Sheraton and Sofitel.
They perform a wide variety of music, including classic and contemporary pops hits, jazz and blues. And they incorporate the use of a looper, harmonizer and backing tracks to produce a rich, full sound.
Leona collaborates at China’s Conservatory of Guangzhou and participates in the training of the student a cappella group. Arthur also plays bass guitar, keyboards and keytar.
