Whitney
Marchelle's musical inclinations were instilled early in her humble
Midwestern upbringing. Her parents were both accomplished pianists.
Her father, Jack Jackson, was a dynamic tap dancer, guitarist and
vocalist as well.
Whitney's artistic, theatrical and musical pursuits launched her
on a whirlwind journey across the country to exciting venues in
Los Angeles and Las Vegas. She appeared in the film The Bridges
Of Madison County and has been a guest on talk shows including
The Tonight Show, Dinah Shore and the hit Canadian
show, The Tommie Banks Show. Her recent musical project,
Love Is What You Make It, which includes the track Lo
Lo Sapavo, is a stellar tribute to some of her favorite songs
and their composers.
Whitney's sound is contemporary and impassioned. Her unique style
and vocal elegance deserves the undivided attention of the listener.
