Brian and
Janel Frushour formed Jett in 1996 and quickly became local favorites in the Fort Wayne,
Indiana area. They perform classic and contemporary pop/rock, oldies, Motown, country and
showtunes from both Broadway and the silver screen. One of the highlights of their show is
Brian's rendition of Michael Jackson's Billie Jean --- both the song and famous dance
routine. Janel receives great response to her Patsy Cline and Celine Dion numbers.
Janel debuted as an entertainer at age seven with her family gospel sextet. At 17, she
joined the country band Artesia and remained their keyboardist for five years.
Brian was born "with a microphone in his hand," having first performed at age
four. He spent his teen years performing in musical productions. By 1995 he was a partner
in a dueling piano show --- and it was there that he met Janel. They were married in
December of that year.
They most recently performed a long term engagements at a world renown resort and spa in
Wisconsin and a five star hotel in Japan.
